I am going to use heating cables for the first time this year but I'm not sure how deep I need to bury the cable and how far apart I should space it. I have the 24ft Jump Start cables. Thanks for any advice!

I did 9-12 inch deep, and I spaced the cable 6-8 inches apart in a coil
